Wellingtonia is an attractive cottage in Brodick. With one double and one bunk bed room, it sleeps up to four. The property has a lounge with dining area, kitchen and separate toilet and shower room. it is ideal for a small group or families with younger children.
Freshly decorated and equipped there is also a private garden at the rear where you can sit out and enjoy the sun at patio furniture.
The house features television, radio in the lounge.Lovely leather suite with sofa and two chairs. The dining table looks out to the front of the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, with cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge with small freezer compartment and toaster.
Wellingtonia is ideally located for walking to Brodick town centre and Auchrannie swimming pool. It is close to bus stops for either direction and also offers parking at the side of the cottage.
It offers excellent value for money with a week starting at £300 in low season to £400 in high season. Short breaks and weekends are available outside of the summer season.
